JAH Security Solutions provides professional security system installations, including CCTV, electric fencing, access control, IT networking, and maintenance services. All services are subject to an agreed-upon proposal, scope of work, and formal contract before commencement.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All free quotes and proposals provided by JAH Security Solutions remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is altered by the client after the initial agreement.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required prior to the procurement of equipment and commencement of installation. The specific payment schedule will be detailed in your individual contract. Final payment is due upon practical completion and handover of the installed system. All equipment remains the property of JAH Security Solutions until full payment is received.

4. Warranties

We provide a standard warranty on workmanship for all installations. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua). Warranties do not cover damage caused by power surges, lightning, vandalism, unauthorized tampering, or acts of God. We strongly recommend our clients install appropriate power protection devices (AVS/UPS).

5. Limitation of Liability

While JAH Security Solutions designs and installs systems to deter and detect unauthorized activity, no security system can absolutely guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, or property damage. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a security breach or system failure.

6. User Responsibilities

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions from landlords, local authorities, or neighbors required for the installation of security equipment (such as external cameras or electric fencing) on their premises.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes.
